Lisa Vesely
Owner
My name is Lisa Vesely, and I have been the owner/lead groomer of Bark of the Town for the last 11 years. I have been grooming for the past 34 years. My love for animals started when I was just a child. I started grooming when I was younger and needed a job. My love for grooming was instant. Although it’s a very challenging career, it is also very rewarding. I love seeing how happy animals are when they look and feel good. I hope to keep growing my business in the future and taking care of everyone’s beautiful pets.
Briana Edwards
Grooming Assistant
Hi! I’m Briana, the friendly face you’ll see when you walk into Bark of the Town. As the receptionist, I’m here to make sure both you and your furry friends feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Whether you’re booking an appointment, asking about services, or just stopping by to say hello, I’m happy to help. I love animals and take pride in helping keep things running smoothly so your pets can get the care they deserve. I’ve been in a grooming shop my entire life, as my mother, Lisa (owner of Bark of the Town), has been grooming my whole life. When I’m not at the front desk, you’ll probably find me sneaking a cuddle with one of our adorable clients or making sure everything’s ready for a great grooming experience.
Tanya Bell
Grooming Assistant
Hello, I’m Tanya. I have been grooming dogs since 1996 and graduated from Nash Academy in NJ in 1997. I absolutely love what I do. Throughout the years, I have done animal shelter work as well as veterinary grooming. I have been at Bark Of The Town for just about 5 years. When I’m not grooming dogs, you will probably find me in doggie daycare hanging out with my dogs, Mr Pickles and Olive (my condiments), who come to work with me every day. In my downtime, I’m shopping, binging a new show, or sitting on my deck with some coffee.
Brianna Valentin
Assistant Groomer
Hi! I’m Brianna, and I’m the newest member of the Bark of the Town team. After working in marketing for 10 years, I decided to follow my passion and love for dogs into a career change. Under a mobile groomer, I learned the foundations of grooming, bathing, safety, and skill. In 2024, I came here and have been lucky enough to continue growing under two of the best! Between grooms, you can nd me cuddling and kissing all of your pets, along with my own little Twyla. I couldn’t be happier to further my career here in Montgomery.
